Research subject: Philadelphia Magic Gardens

Subject issue: Philadelphia Magic Gardens is a nonprofit organization looking for ways to gain more traction through the museum. They sell tickets but are having trouble retaining clients.

Team observation: Website is full of information and is not very much user friendly.

Next Steps

After having a talk with the coordinator 2 weeks later they were able to revise the website. This time major improvements were made to the website reflecting the meeting notes that we shared. The way to purchase tickets was in direct sight upon entering the website. Other improvements to be made was the ticket page and how the information was handed to the reader without making it overwhelming.
